How fast can we learn?
This is my mantra.
I empower organizations to use human-centered design and learning as a strategic, competitive advantage. My focus is on building high-performing UX Design and Research teams, scaling design systems and operations, and translating insight into experiences that drive measurable impact.
At 1-800-Flowers.com, I led UX Design and Research across the enterprise and its family of brands — including Harry & David, Cheryl’s Cookies, and Shari’s Berries — shaping how millions of customers connect through gifting. My work centered on modernizing these heritage brands online, bringing them to parity with best-in-class e-commerce experiences while preserving their distinct identities.
Previously at Victoria’s Secret, I led UX Design, Research, and Strategy for the global e-commerce platform. I scaled the UX organization, redefined the design vision to support the brand’s inclusive transformation, and established the research and strategy practices that elevated design maturity across the enterprise.
Earlier in my career, I co-founded a New York digital agency, where I led UX and creative design for global brands. That early chapter shaped how I think about entrepreneurship, design craft, storytelling, and collaboration, lessons I still carry with me.
I’m passionate about building digital experiences that create meaningful, measurable impact. I love collaborating with others who are driven, curious, and humble — people who challenge me to raise my game and keep learning.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and I live in the beautiful Hudson Valley where I enjoy hiking, playing tennis, kayaking and taking walks in nature with my family and two dogs.
