How fast can we learn?
This is my mantra.
I lead experience strategy at the intersection of design, product, data, and AI. I build learning organizations that work backward from the customer, accelerate experimentation, and translate insight into measurable business impact.
At 1-800-Flowers.com, I led UX Design, Research, and product teams across a portfolio of twelve heritage brands including Harry & David, Cheryl’s Cookies, Shari’s Berries and more. I modernized core customer journeys, introduced AI-enabled personalization programs, and built scalable design and research systems that improved experimentation velocity and revenue impact across the enterprise.
At Victoria’s Secret, I led UX Design and Research alongside the core shopping and agile operations teams for the e-commerce platform. I scaled the organization, restructured product workflows for speed and accountability, and established research and strategy practices that increased design maturity and customer-first methods at scale.
Earlier in my career, I co-founded a New York digital agency, where I led creative and UX design for global brands. That early chapter shaped how I think about entrepreneurship, design craft, storytelling, and collaboration, lessons I still carry with me.
I’m passionate about building digital experiences that create meaningful, measurable impact. I love collaborating with others who are driven, curious, and humble — people who challenge me to raise my game.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Cooper Union, and I live in the beautiful Hudson Valley where I enjoy hiking, playing tennis, kayaking and taking walks in nature with my family and two dogs.
